Engineering Innovation Laboratory
Based on the Shenzhen high Specific Energy Green Battery Pilot Platform and the municipal Engineering Technology Research Center, the laboratory is equipped with an advanced material performance testing apparatus and comprehensive battery small-scale and pilot-scale experimental lines including advanced analytical and testing equipment such as SEM, ICP, GC-MS, DSC, EIS/DCR, BET, PSA, X-RAY, moisture analyzers, electrochemical testers, environmental testers, and safety testers. Additionally, the laboratory has a full set of battery small-scale and pilot-scale experimental lines, including electrode pilot-scale lines, laminated battery assembly lines, and wound battery assembly lines.
Frontier Technology Laboratory
Led by the leading talent in technological innovation of "The National Ten Thousand Talents Program", we are dedicated to researching the theory and application technology of new-generation battery materials, devices, and systems, aiming to achieve high-performance battery technology with high energy and power density, as well as good environmental adaptability. Focusing on collaborative innovation for the large-scale application of battery technology, the laboratory is equipped with advanced testing systems such as in-situ electrochemical differential mass spectrometry, in-situ submicron computed tomography (CT), adiabatic calorimeter, electrochemical performance testing, and high-throughput battery assembly platform; as well as a 2 MWh all-solid-state battery pilot line with a dry environment dew point of ≤-60℃.
